Boston is gearing up to help host the global spectacle of the FIFA World Cup 26™, with the city selected as one of the host venues for this historic, 48-team tournament co-hosted by the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Over the course of the summer, fans from around the world will descend on Boston, bringing vibrant fan culture, international energy and unforgettable moments to a city already rich in sports history.

Step into the birthplace of liberty — where history was made and the nation’s future began to take shape. From the Berkshires to the Blackstone Valley, the North and South Shores to Cape Cod and the Islands, we’re embracing our shared past, uncovering untold stories, and celebrating 250 years of independence, innovation, and the revolutions still to come.
